Furniture Refinishing

Cast Aluminum

• Remove any cushions or plastic parts
• Sandblast to bare metal
• Inspect for any cracks or breaks (we will contact you if any additional repair or rework is required and get your OK to proceed)
• Hand sand
• Powder Coat and bake at 400 degrees to a silky smooth or textured finish
  Re-inspect for any out-gassing problems (see disclaimer below)
  Re-sand, re-paint and re-bake a second time (if necessary)
• Cool down and inspect
