Basic Refinishing

  • Remove old straps and glides
  • Sandblast and sand to remove the old finish
  • Inspect frame for cracks and breaks and ensure a level base
  • Electrostatic application of powder coating (no wet paint used)
  • Oven baking at 400 degrees
  • Hand strapping with 100% virgin vinyl with ultra violet inhibitors
